Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SAP systems implementation, migration and optimization projects (ECC, S/4HANA), ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget and with the expected quality. The professional will be the focal point between technical teams, business areas and stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Minimum of 4 to 6 years in IT project management, with at least 1 years dedicated to SAP projects. Develop and manage the project master plan, controlling scope, schedule, costs and quality from conception to go-live and post-implementation support. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (functional consultants, ABAP developers, Basis, business analysts) to achieve the project objectives. Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, including the preparation and conduct of status report meetings and executive committees (Steering Committees). Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and problems by developing contingency plans to ensure the success of the project. Control the project budget (CAPEX/OPEX), performing financial, procurement and contract management with suppliers and implementing partners. Perform the financial and contract management of the project, acting directly in the negotiation, preparation and control of contracts with suppliers and partners (SOW, Change Requests) from the perspective of Procurement, ensuring alignment with the companys policies. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (such as SAP Activate, PMBOK or Agile) and IT governance best practices. Coordinate the activities of Cutover, data migration, tests (unit, integrated and user acceptance - UAT) and the change management plan.

Training:



Higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or related areas.

Technical Skills:



Solid experience in IT project management. Knowledge of the main SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, SD, MM, PP) and their integrated business processes. Mastery of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum). Advanced knowledge in management tools (MS Project, Jira, Service Now etc.). Experience in IT contract management, including negotiation and monitoring of SOWs (Statement of Work) and additives, with a strong interface with the Purchasing/Supply area. Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to conduct meetings and technical negotiations.
