Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage various IT projects related to SAP implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Must- 5 days onsite at Client location.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Manage project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project delivery. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Oversee vendor management activities to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and reporting. Foster a collaborative team environment by supervising team members and promoting Agile practices. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns. Implement change management strategies to support user adoption of new systems or processes. Ensure quality management processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on ERP systems, particularly SAP. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall). Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of team management and development. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and presentation capabilities. Proficient in risk management practices and budgeting techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, SAS, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into actionable project plans. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in program management or product development is advantageous. Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $85.00-$95.00 per hour
