• Promote/support superior customer relations and provide customers with the \xe2\x80\x9cUltimate Shopping Experience\xe2\x80\x9d
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving P&L and sales targets
• Commitment to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
• Achieve departmental financial objectives
• Work in collaboration with Store Manager to execute business plans
• Lead, coach and motivate colleagues all SAP colleagues to secure efficient and courteous customer service
• Ensure courteous customer relations, including responding to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints
• To hire all part-time staff and train new employees
• To schedule all clerks in accordance with labour requirements
• To interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract
• Work with colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention
• Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
• Monitor the competitive environment in your market and propose unique responses
• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for Talented, Passionate Leaders with:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate colleagues
• Three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the retail industry and in merchandise management
• Prior management experience a definite asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong financial acumen
• Commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday
• Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts, and weekends
