TurtleCreek Landscaping is an established, award-winning landscape company providing full-service property maintenance, construction, and snow removal throughout Halton Hills for over 10 years. We take pride in our reliable, high-quality service.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Salt Truck Drivers to join our Winter Maintenance Team for the upcoming snow season (November 15 - April 15). This position is on-call and weather-dependent, with the potential for year-round employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate salt trucks and apply salt to commercial properties during and after snow events Be available for dispatch on short notice in all weather Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment Maintain accurate timesheets of sites serviced Work independently and follow route schedules efficiently

Qualifications:

Valid G License Clean driving record (driver's abstract may be requested) Previous experience in salt truck operation is required Reliable transportation to and from the yard in Rockwood, ON Ability to work long hours and in challenging weather conditions (day, night, weekends, holidays) Strong communication skills and attention to safety
