Answer phones promptly and greet customers courteously. Address clients' inquiries about salon services. Schedule appointments efficiently. Provide general information about salon services. Resolve client concerns and complaints effectively. Offer guidance on salon products and their usage.
$18.50 to $22 per hour with room to grow based on performance

Qualifications

Proficient in POS systems and cash handling Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in retail sales with a focus on product knowledge Basic math skills for transaction processing Time management and organizational skills Multilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with phone etiquette and appointment scheduling
