We are seeking a dynamic and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for the beauty industry. As a Salon Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing appointments, handling transactions, and promoting salon services.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using salon software Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties Provide product demonstrations and assist in merchandising salon products Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and drive sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the day

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales is preferred Experience in retail sales or technical sales is advantageous Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is desirable but not required
