Salesperson

, you'll be the first point of contact with clients, helping them make confident, informed decisions while representing the
Harbor Painting
brand. With a robust in-house sales system, strong marketing support, and access to qualified leads, you'll have everything you need to succeed. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, personable, and driven to meet and exceed goals.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate project estimates
Follow up on warm leads and generate your own through referrals, reactivations, and canvassing
Maintain detailed knowledge of services and pricing
Hit sales targets of $1M+ annually at a minimum of 50% gross profit margin
Guide clients through each step with transparency, care, and professionalism
Maintain an average job size of $7,000 or more
Ensure a client satisfaction score of 90% or more.
Track all client interactions and follow SOPs using company-provided technology
Attend weekly team meetings and training
Represent the company at four home shows annually (weekends required)
Qualifications
2 or more years of in-home sales or renovation sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with high integrity and strong follow-through
Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools is a plus
Comfortable with canvassing, lead generation, and goal-oriented work
Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
Able to work evenings and Saturdays as required
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time position
Earning Potential at CA$65,000 to CA$120,000+ annually (Base + Commission)
Base Salary at CA$40,000 per year + 5% commission on all eligible sales (higher for sales exceeding CA$1.2M)
Training Guarantee. $5,000 per month during the 90-day training phase
Extended health, vision, and life insurance after 90 days
Paid Vacation: 10 days annually (blackout period May 15 to July 31)
Bonus Structure. Enhanced commissions for high performance
Tools Provided. Business-use phone, iPad, CRM, and estimating software
Mileage Reimbursement based on Ontario government rates
