Overview:

We are looking for a Residential Construction Estimator to join our team in the Calgary office. As a top, custom-home builder in Calgary we are looking for a candidate to help maintain our core values with dedication and perseverance.

Responsibilities

Residential construction estimating

Responsible for cost calculations and quantity take-offs

Cost calculations of extras and upgrades

Communicate and liaise with estimators & purchasers, sales team, construction team and selection design team members

Correspond with our trade partners and suppliers

Qualifications

Residential construction experience

Experience in computer applications such as Excel, Word and other database driven systems considered an asset

Knowledge of residential construction and the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

Work independently and as part of a team on day to day tasks and projects

Detail oriented and goal driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
