The ideal candidates must be a highly motivated individual, who thrives in a constantly changing and exciting environment. The Sales Support's main responsibility is to enter quotes and purchase orders received from the Outside Sales Reps with accuracy and in a timely matter.

Areas of Responsibility:

Provide the highest level of service to our clients Ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding - product availability, delivery, pricing Complete order by contacting Sales Rep and/or customer to clarify specifications, to convey order status, or to obtain authorization to proceed Liaise between multiple offices following up on quotes, orders and shipments Liaise between warehouses to follow up on stock Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required Maintain quality service by adhering to policies, procedures and standards All other duties assigned by management as required

As our ideal candidate, you'll have:

Proven track record of quotes and order entry 2+ years' experience in similar role Must have strong oral and written communication skills Must be people oriented Must have entrepreneurial skills Must be results oriented
