Tango Medical is opening a new location is the Halifax Regional Municipality. Although the exact location of our new store has not yet been confirmed, we are moving forward with hiring. As such, we are looking to hire a full time Administrative and Sales Support Representative to join our team. This person must be very organized, have good administrative skills, and be comfortable working in an office environment. There is a heavy customer service component to this position so having good people skills is a must.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
Greet clients in store and answer incoming phone calls
Provide customer service and sales support to clients in-store or over the phone
Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices
Work with funding agencies and therapists to obtain equipment funding approvals
Take payment for orders
Collect overdue accounts
Help coordinate service calls
Monitor inventory of retail items and ensure needed stock is ordered
Purchasing and receiving of ordered products
Warehouse management
