Dexter est a la recherche d'un(e) Representant Support aux Ventes qui fournit un soutien operationnel, administratif et axe sur le client, essentiel a l'equipe commerciale. En assurant la coordination entre les representants commerciaux, les entrepots et les clients, il/elle garantit des processus de vente fluides, un traitement des commandes dans les delais et une satisfaction client optimale. Ce role permet aux commerciaux de maximiser leur temps sur le terrain en prenant en charge les besoins des clients, les rapports et la resolution de problemes de maniere efficace.

Responsabilites principales



Support Commercial & Client



Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients en l'absence des representants commerciaux, en repondant aux questions relatives aux commandes, a la facturation, a l'expedition ou aux besoins produits.

Soutenir les commerciaux en preparant des devis, en traitant les commandes et en assistant sur les demandes de garantie ou de credit.

Resoudre les reclamations des clients et les erreurs d'expedition en coordonnant directement avec les entrepots et les equipes logistiques.

Gerer et traiter les demandes de credit provenant des representants sur le terrain, en assurant un traitement rapide.

Operations Commerciales & Coordination



Assurer la communication et la coordination des flux de travail entre les representants commerciaux, les equipes d'entrepot et les departements internes.

Participer aux reunions commerciales hebdomadaires, prendre en note les actions a mener et diffuser des comptes rendus mettant en avant les points cles et les suivis necessaires.

Repondre rapidement aux demandes des representants (devis, saisie de commandes, assistance technique).

Faciliter la collaboration entre les equipes commerciales, marketing, developpement produit et service client.

Rapports & Gestion des Donnees



Extraire, surveiller et diffuser des rapports Salesforce, y compris les appels de vente, opportunites et suivi des performances.

Compiler et diffuser des rapports reguliers/journaliers sur la performance commerciale et les activites clients a destination de la direction.

Tenir a jour les bases de donnees CRM avec les informations client, les prospects et les details des comptes.

Support Administratif & Evenementiel



Aider a la planification et a la coordination d'evenements : salons professionnels, webinaires, conferences commerciales.

Former et accompagner les nouveaux membres de l'equipe commerciale sur les systemes internes, les processus et l'utilisation du CRM.

A Sales Support Representative provides essential operational, administrative, and customer-focused support to the sales team. By managing critical coordination between sales representatives, warehouses, and customers, they ensure seamless sales processes, timely order fulfillment, and strong client satisfaction. This role enables sales representatives to maximize their time on the road by handling customer needs, reporting, and issue resolution efficiently.



Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Support



Act as a primary point of contact for customers when sales representatives are unavailable, addressing inquiries related to orders, billing, shipping, or product needs.

Support sales representatives by preparing quotes, processing orders, and assisting with warranty or credit requests.

Resolve customer complaints and shipping errors by coordinating directly with warehouses and logistics teams.

Manage and process credit requests from field sales agents, ensuring timely turnaround.

Sales Operations & Coordination



Coordinate communication and workflows between sales representatives, warehouse teams, and internal departments.

Attend weekly sales meetings, capture action items, and circulate recap notes highlighting key takeaways and follow-ups.

Respond promptly to sales agents requests for quotes, order entries, and troubleshooting support.

Facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams.

Reporting & Data Management



Extract, monitor, and distribute Salesforce reports, including sales calls, opportunities, and performance tracking.

Compile and distribute daily/regular sales performance reports and customer activity insights for management.

Maintain CRM databases with updated customer records, leads, and account details.

Administrative & Event Support



Assist with event planning and coordination for trade shows, webinars, and sales conferences.

Train and support new sales team members on internal systems, processes, and CRM usage.

Minimum Qualifications




Exigences



Experience confirmee a titre de representant(e) du service a la clientele ou de specialiste du soutien aux ventes, idealement dans un environnement de commerce electronique. Bonne comprehension des processus de vente en ligne et des principes du service a la clientele. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel. Excellentes competences en communication, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. Capacite a analyser des donnees et a generer des rapports pour appuyer les strategies de vente. Fortes aptitudes en resolution de problemes et orientation client. Maitrise du francais canadien et de l'anglais.

Competences & Qualifications



Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en Francais et en Anglais ; capacite a interagir de maniere professionnelle avec les clients et les equipes internes.

Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec une capacite a prioriser plusieurs taches.

Maitrise des systemes CRM (Salesforce) et de la suite Microsoft Office.

Competences analytiques pour interpreter les donnees commerciales et identifier les tendances du marche.

Capacite averee a resoudre les problemes et a gerer les conflits.

Esprit d'equipe, attitude collaborative et orientation client.

Capacite d'adaptation et fiabilite face aux priorites changeantes et aux demandes urgentes.

Experience prealable dans un role de support commercial, service client ou un poste similaire appreciee.

Profil recherche

Requirements



Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Support Specialist

Strong understanding of online sales processes and customer service principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform sales strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Fluent in French Canadian and English
