As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative to strengthen our team.

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales & Sales Support Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and operations. This role focuses on customer service, quoting, order processing, and sales support -- making sure our clients receive timely and accurate solutions for their power needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Support outside sales team with quotes, proposals, and order entry. Provide product knowledge and technical information for forklift batteries, chargers, and accessories. Coordinate with operations and service departments to ensure on-time delivery. Track orders and provide customers with timely updates. Identify sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling related products or services. Assist in preparing reports, sales data, and pipeline updates for management.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service (industrial or B2B experience preferred). Knowledge of industrial equipment, material handling, or power systems an asset. Strong technology skills -- CRM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
