Black Fly Beverage Company is a fast-growing producer of spirit-based beverages with a manufacturing plant in London Ontario, and sales teams along with retail distribution throughout Canada. This position is at Black Fly's London, Ontario head office and will be a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Candidates with previous consumer packaged goods experience or alcohol industry experience are especially sought after for this role.
Job Overview
The Sales Support Administrator (SSA) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both the Sales & Marketing team. The role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle cross-functional responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. This role includes a variety of duties and requires proficient computer skills, while also having the ability to step into the warehouse to manage Sales and Marketing related staging areas to ship samples, receive promotional goods and create packages to support the teams in the field.
The SSA will support various brand related aspects as needed to ensure that promotional, marketing, events and other activities are executed in an efficient and successful manner. The SSA will support the VP of Sales and Marketing at times, as well as other senior team members.
This role is forward facing with B2C and B2B customers ensuring that they receive great service and/or are directed to the right Black Fly division. This creates a unique and vibrant role for the right high energy, well organized and strong communicative person.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Sales & Marketing and the sales team.
Provide support and resources to Regional Managers and Sales Team members as required (business cards, supplies, storage lockers, print needs, etc).
Respond promptly to consumer and client inquiries via email and phone. (locating product, product questions, liquor board or retailer questions - find the right person to answer).
Track and manage consumer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary (utilizing our quality assurance processes).
Assist with new product submissions and coordinate with the Mixing team to ensure readiness for liquor board shipments. (label and store product, pull product and ship).
Setup meetings upon request for the team, as/when needed or called upon.
Capture, distribute, and organize sales meeting notes and agendas.
Coordinate annual sales meetings, team-building events, and seasonal sales functions.
Support Sales Representatives with pallet builds, logistics, and shipments.
Onboard new hires with hardware they needed and other resources upon request of manager.
Work with team members to pull employee product cases monthly.
Manage office credit card and monthly expense reporting.
Interact and support charity requests and the associated support/baskets that need to be sent out.
Support Brand Office team members in various ways throughout the year.
Marketing Support
Ensure regular supply and replenishment of swag, POS items, and product storage - via Brand Asset direction.
Prepare and organize promotional materials, product samples, and event support.
Assist in the ordering and tracking of marketing, POS and event materials.- via Brand Asset.
Provide support when needed to the team for events (not necessarily attending, but anything else).
Organizing, building and shipping all marketing related merchandise (marketing/OOH partner campaigns, Social/Digital prizing).
Qualifications
Office Administration Diploma or equivalent.
5+ years in an administrative role supporting various teams or departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
