We are continuing to grow our team at our south shore Montreal location in St. Bruno, Les Produits Industriels Robar Inc. and we are looking to add a

Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator.



The successful candidate for this role will report to our Sales Manager and will be an integral part of our growth initiative in Eastern Canada. The work hours for a full-time position would be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This is an in-office position only and is not available remote or work-from-home.

Here are some of the duties our Customer Service and Sales Support Administrator will responsible for:



Answering and transferring incoming phone calls Supporting Inside Sales by providing pricing by email or by phone to clients Liason between customers and our Outside Sales Team Supporting customers with all issues related to order tracking & product support Order entry & processing Sending confirmations to clients Ensuring and excellent customer service experience Reconcile transport & logistics invoicing Filing and general data entry Issue purchase orders Embed packing slips and invoices into our ERP system

2-3 years minimum experience in an office-based customer service role. Minimum education required - High-School graduate, some college is preferred. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. Ability to adapt on the fly and have a "get stuff done" attitude. Ability to work independently and effectively be a member of a team. Manage multiple priorities in a often fast-paced environment. Work with autonomy and a sense of initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.

Being fully bilingual is a must.

Le candidat retenu pour ce poste relevera de notre directeur des ventes et fera partie integrante de notre initiative de croissance dans l'est du Canada. Les heures de travail pour un poste a temps plein seraient du lundi au vendredi,

Voici quelques-unes des taches dont notre administrateur du service a la clientele et du soutien aux ventes sera responsable :



Repondre aux appels telephoniques entrants et les transferer Soutenir les ventes internes en fournissant les prix par courriel ou par telephone aux clients Assurer la liaison entre les clients et notre equipe de vente externe Assistance aux clients pour toutes les questions liees au suivi des commandes et au support produit Saisie et traitement des commandes Envoi de confirmations aux clients Garantie d'une excellente experience de service a la clientele Rapprochement des factures de transport et de logistique Classement et saisie generale de donnees Emission des bons de commande Integration des bordereaux d'expedition et des factures dans notre systeme ERP
Ce poste vous correspond ?

2 a 3 ans d'experience minimum dans un poste de service a la clientele en bureau. Formation minimale requise : diplome d'etudes secondaires, diplome universitaire prefere. Maitrise avancee de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Outlook. Motivation, souci du detail et sens de l'organisation. Capacite a s'adapter rapidement et attitude proactive. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et efficace au sein d'une equipe. Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement souvent tres dynamique. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et a faire preuve d'initiative. Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, en anglais et en francais. Le bilinguisme parfait est indispensable.
