Role Description:
As a
Sales Service Representative (SSR),
you'll harness leads provided by Canada's largest home improvement retailer to cultivate client relationships and drive sales in kitchen refacing solutions. Your responsibilities will include coaching retail staff to enhance service delivery and collaborating closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
Utilize leads provided by our retail partner, the largest home improvement retailer in Canada, to establish and nurture relationships with clients.
Guide clients through the process of home improvement solutions, focusing on kitchen refacing.
2. Staff Coaching and Support
Collaborate closely with staff at our retail partner's locations to provide training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure our solutions meet client needs and expectations.
3. Project Coordination
Liaise effectively with our installation team to translate client visions into detailed project specifications.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.
4. Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices within the sales and service delivery process.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain our position as leaders in kitchen refacing solutions.
5. Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details using our CRM system.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and project status.
6. Customer Service Excellence
Prioritize customer service excellence to differentiate Renuit from competitors and uphold our reputation as industry leaders.
Address any client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and collaborate with internal teams.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Proficient with technology and adaptable to learning new tools and systems as needed.
Experience in sales, preferably within the home improvement or construction industry, is advantageous.
Interior design experience or education is an asset, but not required!*
