We are seeking exceptional Inside Sales/Service Representative (Storage Professionals) to work in-office out of our Calgary location. This is a full-time role, offering 40 hours per week, and is ideal for individuals with outstanding communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a natural talent for problem-solving. ••Primary Responsibilities• •
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and moves of Pro-Box units.
- Provide expert advice and information on storage solutions.
- Stay knowledgeable about Pro-Box products and services.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to clients, drivers, and suppliers.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Assist with other sales and administrative-related duties as required.
- Maintain and file accurate paperwork, records, and reports.
- Secure confidential files.
- Keep the office space efficient and clean.
- Exhibit a positive work ethic, attitude, and professional image at all times.
- Align work practices and interactions with corporate values.
- Must have own transportation, no public transit is available.
- Assist walk in customers
••Experience and Qualifications We Are Looking For• •
- Minimum Education: Grade 12
- Two or more years of direct work experience in customer service preferred
- Previous experience in the portable storage industry is considered an asset
- Social Media Management experience, experience with transport and heavy equipment operation will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in computer and communication skills (Phone, Email, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
