Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Wanted Position Purpose: Kitchen Designers are responsible for providing friendly and courteous customer service by qualifying customers for kitchen design consultation, providing quotes and providing product options. The Kitchen Designer facilitates the smooth and efficient processing of all kitchen department custom orders and install sales until the customer is satisfied. Kitchen Designers use strong customer relationship skills, superior product expertise, and advanced project knowledge to provide a differentiated experience to drive sales and provide a great customer experience. Position Responsibilities: \xef\x83\xbc Being responsible for total Kitchen or/and bathroom sales \xef\x83\xbc Prospecting and engaging kitchen and countertop customers \xef\x83\xbc Providing showroom tours and setting customers up for kitchen measures \xef\x83\xbc Meeting with customers to discuss their project and provide sales presentations \xef\x83\xbc Quote conversion \xef\x83\xbc Qualifying customers for design consultation, providing quotes and product options Experience/Knowledge Required: \xef\x83\x98 Must be Professional, Polite, Confident, Positive, Motivated. \xef\x83\x98 Strong computer skills, including but not limited of MS-Word, MS-Excel. \xef\x83\x98 Have excellent customer service skills, along with administrative abilities to schedule one-to-one consultations and to follow up with orders in progress. \xef\x83\x98 Strong knowledge in residential renovations (practices and products) \xef\x83\x98 Strong knowledge in kitchen industry and cabinetry products (materials, finishes, hardware, etc) \xef\x83\x98 Ability to conduct site visits and to take site measurement \xef\x83\x98 Technical skills and product knowledge to quote on kitchen installations and countertops \xef\x83\x98 Excellent written and verbal communication skill with an outstanding ability to interact with clients, contractors, and suppliers \xef\x83\x98 Eager to provide customer satisfaction by understanding/delivering their vision \xef\x83\x98 Understanding the importance of building customer relationships \xef\x83\x98 Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license/own transportation \xef\x83\x98 Have own clientele list would be an asset \xef\x83\x98 Candidates must understand and speak fluent english \xef\x83\x98 Understanding and speaking mandarin would be preferred \xef\x83\x98 Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Please submit cover letter with your resume.
