Under the authority of the National Sales Manager, Retail and Residential, the Sales Representative is responsible for the sale of our products and technical support of our retail customers down to the store level.
Meet with the retail customers (stores) to present and support sales of our products.
Monitor store performance and propose adjustments to product offering and promotional activities.
Ensure that stores display and stock our products appropriately.
Benchmark Sika products versus competition and report to National Sales Manager, Retail and Residential.
Provide in store training for sales associates and consumers as appropriate.
Respond to customer complaints.
Perform any other related tasks while respecting Sika Canada Inc.'s quality assurance procedures.
The Sales Representative's performance is evaluated according to:
+ Achievement of pre-established objectives both financial and personal.
+ An annual performance evaluation.
+ Internal audit
Your expertise - Our strength
Education: University or College degree in business or technical field of study or appropriate training or equivalent experience in sales and construction (minimum 5 years of experience).
Proven sales territory development and growth.
Computer literate and willing to upgrade skills.
Follow Sika Canada Inc.'s training on all procedures related to the functions (SMS, environment, health and safety).
Education: University or College degree in business or technical field of study or appropriate training or equivalent experience in sales and construction (minimum 5 years of experience).

Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written, although French is not essential outside the Province of Quebec).

Able to travel frequently to the Prairies, including Manitoba, Saskatchewan and as required by business needs.
