Sales Representative
to join our team -- and lead the charge as we grow this role into a full-scale
sales department
by 2026.

About the Role
As the face of LLPS in the field, you'll sell
landscaping, construction, and property services
to residential and commercial clients throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
You'll work hand-in-hand with ownership to:
Drive new business through leads, canvassing, and referrals
Tailor creative, visual sales presentations for every client
Track performance and refine our sales strategy
Build lasting client relationships based on trust and results
Help us evolve from "small crew" to "leading brand" in the next 18-24 months

Naturally persuasive with great communication skills
Detail-oriented and sharp with follow-ups

What You'll Be Selling
Landscaping
(decks, fences, sod, hardscaping, planting)
Construction
(small renos, additions, handyman services)
Property Services
(snow removal, lawn care, maintenance)
You don't need to be a builder -- but you
do
need to
speak the language
, visualize space, and sell a clear, confident solution that clients can get excited about.
What You'll Do
Prospect, generate, and close leads across multiple channels
Deliver visual presentations (sketches, site photos, examples)
Track and forecast results using CRM tools
Support estimating and pricing processes
Work alongside operations for smooth project delivery
Represent the LLPS brand on-site, online, and everywhere in between
What You Get
$50,000-$75,000 base salary
(depending on experience)
Commission + performance bonuses
(realistic OTE = $85K+)

Licence/Certification:
Alberta Class 5 driver's license (required)
