Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for both medical equipment and managed IT services.
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within veterinary clinics, hospitals, and specialized practices.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including veterinarians, practice owners, and clinic administrators.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their clinical and operational challenges.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations for medical equipment (Ultrasound, X-Ray, Endoscope) and articulate the value proposition of our managed IT services.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and successful deal closure.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Provide valuable market intelligence and feedback to leadership regarding industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in medical device sales, healthcare technology, or veterinary services.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and drive revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous role.
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about complex medical equipment and IT solutions.
