Responsibilities:



Lead Outreach & Sales

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Call, message, and email U.S. leads to introduce our medical aesthetic devices. Follow up on inquiries, nurture prospects, and convert leads into sales. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system. Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Educate potential clients on the benefits and ROI of our devices. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Trade Show Representation

Occasionally participate in medical aesthetic device trade shows in North America and, when required, worldwide. Assist with product demonstrations and engage with potential clients at the booth. Gather and qualify new leads at events. Expand professional networks by attending industry events and meetings.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends. Meet sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record of success in sales (medical device, aesthetic, or B2B sales preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with strong follow-up and negotiation skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows in North America and, if needed, globally. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
