Summary

We are seeking a

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

with proven sales ability to join our team in Toronto. This

on-site position

is ideal for

young and highly motivated

individuals who thrive in both clinical and business environments. You will reach out to potential clients, present product benefits, follow up on leads, and close sales. You will also conduct

online

product demonstrations and provide clinical insights to support the sales process.

Compensation includes an hourly base plus uncapped commissions on sales.

Exceptional performers may also be considered for opportunities with CPMT Laser USA, including potential support in obtaining a U.S. work visa.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with prospective leads provided by the company. Present medical aesthetic devices to healthcare professionals, explaining clinical applications and ROI benefits. Convince and guide prospects through the buying process to close sales. Conduct

online

product demonstrations to showcase device features and treatment capabilities. Provide clinical insights and recommendations to help clients achieve best results. Track leads, maintain CRM records, and report sales activities to management. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for promotions, events, and trade shows.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics and patient treatment protocols. Proven sales or business development experience in healthcare or aesthetics. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Young, highly motivated, and eager to grow with the company. Ability to work

on-site

at our Toronto office.

Preferred:

Experience in laser treatments or cosmetic injectables. Existing network within med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics. Multi-device experience (Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, CO?).
