U.S. FDA-cleared

and distributed internationally.
We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish-English) Inside Sales Executive (Medical Aesthetic Devices)

to manage and grow client relationships across the

U.S. and Latin American markets

.

Position Overview



The

Inside Sales Executive

will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities with med spas, clinics, and distributors.
This position is ideal for a

bilingual business professional

with a passion for

aesthetic technology, customer engagement, and international sales development

.
The role includes opportunities to

travel to the U.S.

for

trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

representing CPMT Laser.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with prospects and clients in

Spanish and English

via phone, video calls, and email. Present and promote CPMT Laser's

medical aesthetic technologies

(Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, CO?, EMS, etc.). Conduct

virtual product demonstrations and webinars

to potential clients. Manage lead generation, qualification, and conversion through CRM systems. Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure timely responses and relationship growth.

Travel occasionally to the U.S.

to attend

trade shows, exhibitions, and client events

. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales and promotional strategies. Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates. Represent CPMT Laser professionally and build long-term relationships with key partners.

Qualifications



Fluent in both Spanish and English

(verbal and written). Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field

. Minimum

2 years of inside sales or business development experience

, preferably in

medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic equipment

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to

travel internationally (mainly to the U.S.)

for trade shows and meetings. Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) and video platforms (Zoom, GoTo). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven.

Preferred



Experience in

medical aesthetic device or skincare technology sales

. Understanding of

laser-based treatments and aesthetic procedures

. Prior involvement in

international exhibitions

(e.g., Medica, IMCAS, Vegas Aesthetic Show).

Compensation



Competitive base salary + commissions. Performance bonuses and travel incentives. Professional development opportunities and international exposure.
