Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and outgoing
Sales Representatives
to join our team on a
commission-only basis with performance bonuses
. Your role will be to actively go into the field and sign up new service providers such as salon owners, auto repair shops, cleaners, handyman services, seasonal maintenance businesses, and pet service providers.
What You'll Do
Visit salons, automotive shops, cleaning services, maintenance contractors, pet grooming/daycare providers, and other local businesses.
Educate potential providers about KVKTech Corp and the benefits of registering on the platform.
Guide providers through the registration process and ensure successful sign-up completion.
Meet daily/weekly signup targets and report progress to the team.
Represent KVKTech Corp professionally while building strong local business relationships.
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales, marketing, or field experience is an asset, but not required.
Comfortable approaching business owners and service providers face-to-face.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented personality.
Compensation
Commission-Based:
Earn a fixed amount for each successful provider registration completed.
Performance Bonus:
Extra bonuses for reaching specific milestones (e.g., payout boost after 20, 50, or 100 signups).
