About the Opportunity
Responsibilities will include:

- Manage and grow Kairos Hills Social Media presence
- Kairos Hills Services Inc., Ontario's rising force in construction restoration, is seeking a
fearless, commission-driven Digital Sales Representative to help us scale across the GTA, Hamilton,
and Niagara regions to provide digital sales, social media management, advertising campaigns, and content creation services with the goal of generating qualified leads and signed jobs.
Attend a minimum of three (3) to six (6) project site visits per month to capture photos, videos, and stories for marketing content
Attend industry shows, networking events, and programs to which the Company is invited, to represent Kairos Hills and create marketing content
We don't need order-takers.
We need door-openers, relationship builders, and hunters who can identify opportunities,
pitch restoration services with clarity, and confidently represent a brand built on 35+ years
of architectural excellence.
Targets and KPIs
- Qualified Leads (QLs): At least twelve (12) per month
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Three to four (3-4) per week (booked meetings/quotes)
- Signed Jobs: Four to seven (4-7) per month
- Content Output: 12-16 posts/month (reels, carousels, stories, case studies)
- On-Site/Program Content: Minimum of three (3) to six (6) site visit content packages per month, plus attendance at Company-invited shows/programs as required
- Ad Management: Weekly optimizations and new ad tests
- Reporting: Weekly KPI report including leads, spend, CPL, SQLs, and jobs closed
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Marketing with a focus on digital marketing would be a strong asset.
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, brand management and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently
