Position Details:

Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative

Compensation: 100% Commission (Top reps earn $80K-$150K+ annually)

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time - You control your schedule.

Responsibilities:

o Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach

o Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and offer solutions

o Provide estimates and explain service options confidently

o Manage customer relationships from first contact to project start

o Collaborate with install teams and office staff for smooth project handoff

What You Bring:

o Proven sales experience (construction, trades, or home services a plus)

o Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

o Self-discipline and the ability to manage your own schedule

o Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

o Knowledge of insurance claims and home improvement trends is a bonus

Pay: $35,635.13-$142,998.70 per year

10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
