About the Event:

SENSES Concert is an

immersive, multi-sensory orchestral experience

happening on

November 29, 2025, at the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver

. We are seeking

motivated freelancers

to help

secure sponsorships and sell group tickets

, earning

10-12% commission on revenue generated.

Role Overview:

We are looking for

sales-driven professionals

who can:

Find and secure sponsorships

from businesses, corporate partners, and arts organizations.

Sell bulk ticket packages

to groups, institutions, and large organizations.

Build relationships with sponsors & ticket buyers

to maximize revenue.

Negotiate sponsorship deals & ticket pricing

to ensure successful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact

potential sponsors

for partnership opportunities. Develop compelling

sponsorship proposals

tailored to brands. Reach out to

corporate buyers, institutions, and groups

for bulk ticket sales. Manage communication,

pitch meetings, and negotiations

with sponsors/ticket buyers. Work independently while providing

regular updates on progress

.

Skills & Qualifications:

? Strong sales & negotiation experience (

preferably in arts, music, or live events

).

? Proven track record in securing

sponsorships OR bulk ticket sales for concerts, music events, or arts performances

.

? Ability to cold contact and network with

high-level executives, corporate sponsors, and decision-makers in the music and event industry

.

? Knowledge of

event sponsorship structures, corporate partnerships, and how sponsorships work in the music and entertainment space

.

? Self-motivated with

strong communication and persuasive skills

, especially in engaging music industry professionals.

? Experience with

CRM tools for tracking outreach efforts (preferred but not required)

, with a plus for experience in

music or live event marketing systems

.

Compensation:

This is a

commission-based freelance role

--payment is based on

successful sponsorship acquisitions (10-12% of secured sponsorship) and bulk ticket sales (10-12% of ticket revenue).
