Job Description

We're Hiring: Surveillance System Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Location: Montreal & surrounding areas

Language: French required | English is an asset

We are a growing security camera installation company looking for a motivated sales representative to help expand our customer base and manage on-site appointments. This is a commission-based opportunity--ideal for someone proactive, flexible, and confident in communicating with clients.

Role 1: On-Site Appointment Coordinator



Schedule and attend on-site visits with potential clients (around 6-7 visits/week). Each visit lasts about 1 hour Please make sure you live in Montreal or surronding areas Be available on short notice (same-day visits may be required) Ensure client understanding of installation scope and gather required info Having a vehicle that can commute is preferred, but not required.
Pay:

$20 minimum per visit (if no deal is made) $50 per visit if the customer proceeds with installation

Role 2: Sales Agent



(Offline Sales)

Actively promote our services to potential clients Close deals and follow up on leads Work independently or alongside our technicians
Pay: $80 commission per successful sale

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in French (essential) English is a plus Basic understanding of surveillance systems is preferred -- training available if needed Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work flexible hours and travel locally
