As the

Sales Representative - Automated Systems

, you are a motivated professional specializing in selling storage and retrieval systems and a variety of automated solutions. You will manage projects and budgets from start to finish, overseeing the full cycle of sales and installation, typically lasting up to six months.




How You'll Make an Impact:






Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide necessary solutions and services, while managing plans and budgets. Develop new business opportunities within the territory and support existing customer relationships. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships critical to sustained success. Actively listen to understand others' needs and create multi-faceted solutions and action plans in collaboration with partners. Bring a "make a difference" attitude, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. Act as a key consultant to internal and external partners, driving increased sales for Johnston Equipment - GNJ Automation.





What You Bring to the Table:






Knowledge of automated systems and related technologies. Experience managing full sales cycles, including budgets and projects. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM software and a results-driven mindset. Experience growing new business and supporting existing clients. Critical thinking and problem-solving to create actionable solutions. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and drive for success. Sales expertise to achieve growth and meet targets.
