Position - Customer Service and Sales Representative
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while also driving sales through effective communication and up-selling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, and have a passion for helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs. A passion for sports and connection with customers and their passion are key.

Job Responsibilities:
a) Identify customer needs for team and corporate apparel
b) Assist clients with product and pricing inquiries
c) Coordinate customization (logos, names, numbers) and ensure brand compliance Assist in preparing custom team/corporate orders, based on their requirements.
d) Conduct Team Fittings (working with players, coaches, managers and providing status or orders and inquiries
e) Undertake Team order management (with team staff, parents, players)
f) Attention to detail / accuracy / meeting deadlines - strong written and verbal skills
g) Use of computers: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, AI, Shopify)
h) Using internal MRP, Accounting, POS system and debit / credit machine for processing
i) Creating work orders
ii) Invoicing clients
i) Develop and execute merchandising strategies (both digital and in-store) for retail and online sales
j) Monitor sales data, inventory, and adjust product mix as needed
k) Manage budgets, margins, and profitability targets
l) Supervise and train staff on product knowledge and customer service
m) Ordering merchandise from various suppliers
n) Soliciting opportunities for new team and corporate clients

Product knowledge:
a) Determining needs of customer (product, logos, etc)
b) Research via catalogues, online current trending merchandise based on specific client needs
c) Working with the design team - Suggest designs, apparel, and decoration to add to product lines

Online / Website / POS
a) Managing Online team or individual orders
i) Includes training on back- end website (adding products, managing team orders, individual orders, packing, shipping out of orders)
ii) Managing inventory
4.
Social Media:
a) Assist in creating posts on all social media platforms
b) Engage with customers: answer questions, re-posts
Experience
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions.
Experience in up-selling products or services is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
