What You'll Do

This is a unique role blending sales, relationship building, and community engagement. You'll have the freedom to grow your own book of business while making a real impact.

Build relationships with families, referral sources, and community organizations Lead consultations and convert inquiries into booked services Represent Orchid Home Care at events and deliver educational presentations Develop partnerships with senior-focused organizations and facilities Report on pipeline, conversions, and KPIs Maintain accurate documentation using company systems

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales or business development (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation Experience in senior care or healthcare (preferred, but we'll train the right person) Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools Valid BC driver's licence and access to a vehicle
