Sales Operations Specialist
Kitchener
Up to $60k per year
Bonus
Company paid benefits, 3 weeks vacation, RRSP
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales leaders to plan budgets, set prices, and manage projects.
- Add new products for customers and make sure packaging/branding meets requirements
- Handle reports, data analysis, and business insights for sales.
- Coordinate with customers, outside sellers, and other teams.
- Share promotions, ensure orders are correct, and solve customer problems.
- Improve processes to make work more efficient.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist/Coordinator
- Intermediate to advanced Excel is mandatory
- Previous Customer Service and Coordination experience
