Overview:

We are seeking a motivated

Sales & Marketing Specialist

with residential and commercial cleaning industry experience to drive new client acquisition and brand awareness. This role combines sales outreach with marketing strategy to grow our customer base.

You'll be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and local marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys both strategy and hands-on sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute local marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media) Conduct cold calls, networking, and follow-ups with prospective clients Build partnerships with local businesses, realtors, and property managers Track leads and conversions in CRM software Assist with pricing strategies and proposal development Represent the company at community events and trade shows

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales/marketing experience in residential or service industries Proven ability to generate leads and close sales Strong social media and digital marketing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage plus potential performance incentives.

Calgary-based | 25 hrs per week | Competitive pay + incentives
