Sales Operations Coordinator (12 18 Month Contract)

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Canada Business Unit Manager, roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for oversight of product pricing strategy, including compiling historical data, analysis, price increase and frequent maintenance of sales catalogue.
  • Create, develop and execute communication plans and training for product updates.
  • Support larger sales team including Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Purchasing, with administrative support such as order entry, inventory management, streamlining process and coverage as required
  • Timely and diligent follow up of orders, for both inside and outside sales
  • Full cycle management for Heavy Industrial and Rental Truck Scale Orders, which includes truck & rail orders, forklifts scales etc.
  • Coordinate and develop internal marketing initiatives and strategy, liaising with vendors and corporate as required.
  • Oversee the pricing and determination of carriers for freight, with goal of reducing expenses
  • Responsible for management and maintenance of bi-weekly product forecast report including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for invoicing and processing down-payments as necessary driving pre-payment with proactive communication.
  • Ensure tender sites are frequently monitored for tenders and necessary updates, issuing to sales and service as required.
  • Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with sales and production teams providing updates to ensure cohesive communication, timely follow up and forecasting accuracy
  • Occasionally provide support to the purchasing team by assisting with purchase orders, supplier follow up and inventory transactions.
  • Other duties as required
Profile:
  • Professional diploma in administration or equivalent study an asset.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service or sales coordinator role with a strong desire to learn.
  • Previous experience with in-house marketing an asset
  • Technically savvy with previous experience using ERP (KBM and ServiceMax) an asset. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Bilingual French and English (preferred)
  • Driven, excellent multi-tasking and time management skills who enjoys problem solving and finding innovative solutions
  • Highly organized, self-starter with passion for innovation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Curious and interested in learning about mechanical systems and components
  • The ability to process high volumes with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Responsable de la supervision de la strat\xc3\xa9gie de tarification des produits, y compris la compilation des donn\xc3\xa9es historiques, l\'analyse, l\'augmentation des prix et la mise \xc3\xa0 jour fr\xc3\xa9quente du catalogue des ventes.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er, d\xc3\xa9velopper et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des plans de communication et de formation pour les mises \xc3\xa0 jour de produits.
  • Soutenir l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de vente \xc3\xa9largie, y compris les ventes internes, les ventes externes et les achats, par un soutien administratif tel que l\'entr\xc3\xa9e des commandes, la gestion des stocks, la rationalisation des processus et la couverture, selon les besoins.
  • Suivi rapide et diligent des commandes, tant pour les ventes internes que pour les ventes externes.

  • Coordonner et d\xc3\xa9velopper les initiatives et la strat\xc3\xa9gie de marketing interne, en assurant la liaison avec les fournisseurs et l\'entreprise, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.
  • Superviser la tarification et la d\xc3\xa9termination des transporteurs pour le fret, dans le but de r\xc3\xa9duire les d\xc3\xa9penses.
  • Responsable de la gestion et de la mise \xc3\xa0 jour du rapport bihebdomadaire de pr\xc3\xa9vision des produits, y compris la saisie et le rapprochement des donn\xc3\xa9es.
  • Responsable de la facturation et du traitement des acomptes si n\xc3\xa9cessaire, en encourageant le pr\xc3\xa9paiement par une communication proactive.
  • S\'assurer que les sites d\'appels d\'offres sont fr\xc3\xa9quemment surveill\xc3\xa9s pour les appels d\'offres et les mises \xc3\xa0 jour n\xc3\xa9cessaires, et les transmettre aux ventes et au service apr\xc3\xa8s-vente si n\xc3\xa9cessaire.

Profile:
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me professionnel en administration ou \xc3\xa9tude \xc3\xa9quivalente un atout.
  • Un minimum de deux (2) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le de service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le ou de coordonnateur des ventes avec un fort d\xc3\xa9sir d\'apprendre.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable en marketing interne, un atout
  • Connaissance technique avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience ant\xc3\xa9rieure de l\'utilisation d\'un ERP (KBM et ServiceMax), un atout. Ma\xc3\xaetrise avanc\xc3\xa9e de la suite Microsoft et d\'Adobe
