We are growing with a specialization in mortgage lending, real estate, technology and residential home building. : PT Guest Ambassadors
Part-time hours: 35 per week Salary: $16.00-$17.50 per hour Benefits:
- Provide a welcoming and warm experience to guests
- Educating potential clients on available inventory
- Offer potential clients a walk through of community features, location perks and upcoming project amenities
- Work with purchase agreements, amendments, manage filing, document retrieval, back office paperwork
- Stay up-to-date with new contract changes and procedures
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Contact potential clients for appointments, follow-ups, reminders
- Provide consistent and accurate reporting
- Work with back office to complete pending conditions on each transaction
- Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador
- be personable and approachable
- able to multitask and operate independently
- motivated by a strong commission structure
- Literate and Tech-savvy - you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers
- Experience - ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or customer service position.
- Operational days, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
