We are a Real Estate Brokerage specializing in Residential and Commercial Properties and we are currently seeking an Office Administrator looking for long term permanent employment. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • All general reception duties including; Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary, emailing clients and agents, taking and giving messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing all forms and any needed paperwork, etc.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure that complete listing information and forms are received for all listings
  • Maintain Client Database and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure that all deal files including paper and electronic versions are properly completed and up to date.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Designing Marketing Material in Canva
  • Management of Social Media channels
  • Calling existing clients, generating leads and booking appointments
High Level of Proficiency is required in the following areas:
  • Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
  • Client Database management software
  • Exceptional Customer Service - front desk, telephone, and written and oral communication
  • High degree of multi-tasking, organization and time management capability
  • Canva & Graphic Design
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
  • Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Real Estate Office programs such as BrokerBay, Webforms, Stratus/Matrix System
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in Real Estate is an Asset Sales Experience is an Asset Knowledge and experience preparing real estate contracts and legal paperwork such as Listing Agreements, Amendments, Waivers and other Standard Real Estate Forms. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to $50,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
