Team Automotive is hiring!! We are looking to fill the roll off office administrator. The office admin roll covers a wide variety of different aspects such as:Accounts payable & receivableData EntryPayroll & DeductionsCreating work orders for techniciansQuoting & InvoicingSchedulingInventory trackingServing customers both in person and over the phoneSourcing parts from multiple suppliersFilling paperworkAdvertising & Social media account maintenanceTeam Automotive is also a certified Alcolock station. The office admin roll will cover the duties for this as well. The duties include:Completing Monitors for Alcolock clientsTroubleshooting issues that arise with clients devicesTraining new clients on how to use the deviceCalibrating devicesThe successful candidate will posses the followingMust pass criminal record checkGreat Customer service skillsG drivers license with clean abstractProficient with computer - experience with Lankar operating system an assetBasic vehicle knowledge an assetA positive attitude and willingness to learnJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $20.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:
