Duties
Provide training and mentorship to the sales team Implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Show home and vacant lot signage inspections. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and generating reports Collaborate with Marketing Partner to create compelling marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Proven experience in new home sales. Strong background in marketing principles and customer service excellence. Excellent leadership qualities with a passion for motivating teams towards success. Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
