We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies for our POC medical devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, technical sales, and business development. This role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth. The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through innovative sales tactics and strategic marketing efforts.
Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets across various markets in Medical Devices (POC devices).
Lead B2B sales efforts, including outside sales activities, to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, branding efforts, and promotional activities.
Engage in technical sales by understanding product specifications and translating features into customer benefits.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and leadership to align sales goals with company objectives.
Lead business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or technology sales with a strong understanding of the medical device industry landscape.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, and business development roles.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating deals.
Knowledge of marketing principles with experience in developing effective marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
