Sales & Marketing Director

to lead our business development and brand strategy.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer networks, and positioning both brands as leaders in the home repair and plumbing industries. This role blends hands-on sales with strategic marketing, ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects our values of reliability, professionalism, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across both companies Lead marketing campaigns (digital, print, community outreach) to boost brand awareness Build and manage client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business Oversee social media, website content, and digital advertising to maximize online presence Create partnerships and business opportunities with local contractors, property managers, and businesses Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on sales/marketing effectiveness Train and mentor team members on customer service and sales best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership (preferably in trades, home services, or related industries) Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Creative thinker with the ability to identify new growth opportunities
