We're seeking a
Sales & Marketing Director
who can
architect, build, and lead a performance-driven sales and marketing organization

The Opportunity
This is a
builder's role
for someone who has successfully scaled a home service business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar) from
$3-5M to $10M+
.
You'll have full ownership of Chantico's
growth engine -- from lead generation through close
, including:
Building and training a high-performance sales team
Installing systems and dashboards for accountability
Developing and executing a marketing strategy that fuels consistent demand
You'll design the playbooks, hire the people, and implement the metrics that drive profitable, repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Build and lead a scalable sales structure across
showroom
,
in-home
, and
technician-led service upgrades
Develop sales processes, talk tracks, and follow-up systems
Implement CRM tracking and performance scorecards
Recruit, train, and coach new team members
Marketing Strategy
Own all marketing initiatives: SEO, Google LSAs, digital ads, social media, and email campaigns
Manage agencies, ad budgets, and campaign ROI
Align marketing with sales capacity to drive quality leads, not just volume
Build a unified Chantico brand across all customer touchpoints
Growth & Accountability
Deliver dashboards and reports to the CEO on revenue, margin, and marketing performance
Ensure collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Finance
Lead weekly performance reviews and quarterly strategy sessions
Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in
sales and marketing
within a
home service, trades, or retail-installation business
Proven record of scaling a company from ~$3-5M ? $10M+
Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and gross profit management
Experience implementing CRM and marketing automation systems
Confident communicator, motivator, and hands-on builder
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$70,000 CAD
Performance Bonus:
Tiered payout structure based on company revenue, margin, and marketing ROI
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$150,000-$200,000+
