to lead community outreach, build connections, and help future residents find their perfect home.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Executive Director and Area Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy and revenue goals Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral partners Guide prospective residents through the sales process with empathy and expertise Execute creative sales strategies, events, and outreach campaigns Maintain accurate records in the lead management system Support the move-in process and ensure a seamless experience for residents

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or hospitality preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Positive, creative, and collaborative attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Ability to travel locally for events and stand for extended periods when needed
