Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing is a visionary and a driver, responsible for leading revenue strategy, shaping the resort's evolving market positioning, and playing a pivotal role in the Rimrock Banff's rebranding journey. This isn't just about selling rooms, it's about redefining how the world experiences our resort as we transform into a lifestyle luxury destination in the Canadian Rockies.
As a key architect of this evolution, you will guide the narrative, influence perception, and ensure our repositioning translates into measurable business results.
