We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager who's hungry to grow, organized to the core, and ready to own client success.

What You'll Do

Keep clients excited to be with us -- hitting at least a

95% retention rate

. Grow client revenue by making sure digital marketing strategies are executed flawlessly. Drive upsell opportunities to increase client accounts and our growth. Own communication -- no chasing, no confusion, just clear and proactive updates. Manage multiple accounts/projects without dropping the ball.

What You Bring

Detail-oriented and process-driven -- nothing slips through the cracks. Proactive -- you anticipate issues before they become problems. Independent -- you don't need to be micromanaged. Honest, transparent, ethical, and hungry to grow.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in account management, client success, and/or digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus). Proven track record managing multiple clients/projects at once without dropping the ball. Hands-on experience with Go High Level, paid ad campaigns, and cold email platforms. Comfortable digging into Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to pull insights. Strong communication skills. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.

Cold email optimization wizardry SEO basics and paid ads beyond Meta (LinkedIn, TikTok) Advanced automation builds (Zapier) GA4 event tracking Graphic design / Canva skills Copywriting or ad creative experience Experience with n8n

What's in it for You

Base salary: $4,000-$6,000 CAD/month + performance bonuses
