We're looking for a

Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

to join our team. Someone who's organized, fluent in the language of digital marketing, and proactive enough to see what's coming before it hits the inbox.

What You'd Be Doing:



Write Clear, Comprehensive Briefs:

Translate client needs and project requirements into detailed creative and campaign briefs for designers, developers, and media buyers.

Be the Communication Hub:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients: fielding questions, providing project updates, and relaying information between clients and internal teams with clarity and timeliness.

Drive Project Timelines Forward:

Proactively manage project schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, chase deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll keep the train moving.

Understand Digital Marketing Deeply:

Know the difference between TOF and BOF campaigns, understand Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads structure, landing page best practices, and conversion tracking. Note: you don't need to execute, but you need to speak the language fluently.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams:

Pass the baton seamlessly between strategy, creative, development, and media teams while maintaining quality and alignment with client objectives.

Anticipate Needs:

Flag risks, spot opportunities, and communicate proactively rather than reactively. We need someone who sees around corners.
You're Probably a Match If:

Must-haves:



Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

: you can write a crystal-clear brief and explain complex marketing concepts to clients in plain language

Highly organized with strong project management instincts

: you naturally create systems, track details, and follow through

Digital marketing fluency

: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, in-house, or related field) with hands-on exposure to paid ads, websites, CRM, or content

Proactive and assertive

: you don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate what's needed and make it happen

Hungry to learn

: you're energized by fast-paced environments and quickly absorb new tools, platforms, and processes

Bonus points for:



Experience writing creative or campaign briefs Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp) Understanding of web development workflows (Webflow, CMS platforms) Previous experience coordinating with designers, developers, or media buyers

Salary:
