Le ou la chargee de projet marketing aidera la directrice marketing avec la planification, la coordination et la mise en oeuvre des initiatives marketing a travers l'ensemble des departements et domaines de service. La personne occupant ce role s'assure que les campagnes et projets respectent les delais, les parametres definis et restent coherents avec la strategie globale de l'organisation. Le ou la candidate ideale est tres organisee, attentifve aux details et capable de gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique et engage.
RESPONSABILITES
Collaborer avec la directrice marketing et les responsables de departement afin de developper, mettre en oeuvre et optimiser des campagnes marketing strategiques.
Gerer les projets marketing, de la conception a la realisation, en servant de lien entre les departements et en veillant au respect des delais, budgets, livrables et objectifs.
Coordonner la creation de contenus pour les canaux digitaux; piloter les projets numeriques et imprimes, de la planification a la diffusion, tout en assurant la coherence de la marque et des messages sur l'ensemble des plateformes.
Suivre l'avancement des projets a l'aide d'indicateurs de performance cles (KPI), analyser les resultats et fournir regulierement des mises a jour et recommandations a la directrice marketing.
Contribuer aux projets de facon creative et produire des documents de planification strategique pour orienter la vision globale.
Soutenir les initiatives impliquant plusieurs departements, en veillant a ce que les besoins en marketing et communication de tous les services soient couverts efficacement et dans les temps.
Collaborer avec l'equipe du Developpement/Collecte de fonds pour preparer et executer des campagnes, evenements, actions communautaires et communications centrees sur les donateurstrices, afin de renforcer leur engagement et participation.
EXIGENCES
Baccalaureat en marketing, communication, commerce ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente).
Plus de 2 ans d'experience en gestion de projets marketing.
Solides competences en organisation, communication et gestion du temps; capacite a gerer plusieurs projets a la fois tout en travaillant efficacement en equipe.
Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes, pensee strategique, sens du detail et capacite d'adaptation.
Bilingue a l'oral et a l'ecrit : maitrise du francais et de l'anglais pour mieux servir notre clientele.
Maitrise des outils de gestion de projets, tels que Monday.com, des plateformes marketing et sociales comme Loomly, ainsi que des logiciels de design graphique de base (ex. : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) et d'infolettres electroniques (Constant Contact, Klaviyo, MailChimp); un atout.
Capacite a collaborer avec les autres departements et avec des prestataires externes.
Experience dans le secteur a but non lucratif, et connaissance de la communaute juive, un atout.

The Marketing Project Manager will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across all departments and service areas. This role ensures campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and department leads to develop, implement, and optimize strategic marketing campaigns.
Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, serving as the liaison between departments and ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, deliverables, and goals.
Coordinate content creation for digital channels; drive e-letter and print projects from planning to distribution; ensuring brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and provide regular updates and insights to the Marketing Manager.
Contribute creative thinking to projects and produce strategic planning documents to guide the overall direction.
Support cross-functional initiatives by ensuring all departments' marketing and communication needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with the Development/Fundraising team to plan and execute donor-focused campaigns, events, community outreach, and communications to increase donor participation and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in marketing project management
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being a team-player.
Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, attention to detail and adaptability.
Bilingual; written & spoken. We require a strong level of French and English communication skills to best serve our clientele.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, marketing & social platforms such as Loomly, basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, e-letter software (Constant Contact, Klaviyo, MailChimp) are an asset.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
Experience in not-for-profit sector, and knowledge of Jewish community, an asset.
