Sales & Marketing Associate

to join our team and help us accelerate that growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll play a key role in expanding NORTH'S visibility and presence across Canada and beyond. This position blends creativity and strategy -- supporting sales initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the execution of sales strategies to reach new retail, food service, and hospitality clients.

Utilizing your problem-solving skills to increase volume, revenue and profitability

Assist in managing existing distributor and account relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication.

Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and

competitive landscape.

Help organize trade shows and promotional partnerships.

Help in completing paperwork associated with completion of sale and with vendor set up

Maintain CRM databases and contribute to pipeline and sales reporting.

SKILLS

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand development, ideally in the beverage, CPG, or hospitality sector.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

Passion for sustainability, design, and wellness.

Problem solver that takes initiative and does not give up
