What You'll Do:
Collaborate & Connect:
Work closely with our Sales & Solutions Team, Leadership, and Service Delivery to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Marketing Magic:
Support and execute monthly/quarterly marketing campaigns (think Breach Secure Now, VoIP, and more!) to upsell services and boost recurring revenue.
Client Champion:
Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and swiftly resolve any issues--your people skills will shine!
Lead the Charge:
Identify and qualify sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and keep our CRM (Autotask) up-to-date.
Growth Driver:
Achieve (or exceed!) sales targets and metrics, always looking for new business opportunities.
Process Innovator:
Help develop and improve sales processes, tools, and training programs--your ideas can shape how we work.
Vendor Liaison:
Stay current on the latest tech, maintain positive vendor relationships, and support contract negotiations.
Team Player:
Support inventory management, recognize "above and beyond" efforts, and help keep our Solutions area running smoothly.
What You Bring:
Experience in Sales, Solutions, and/or Marketing Initiatives
(bonus points for IT or tech industry experience)
Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills
