Spiffy Auto Detailing is a premium automotive appearance and protection company specializing in detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, vinyl wrapping, powder coating, custom interiors, and more. We are known for quality, consistency, and a customer-first approach.

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Associate to help us scale our revenues and expand our customer base. This person will be responsible for generating new sales, converting leads, building dealership partnerships, and driving brand awareness through digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

This role is ideal for someone energetic, creative, and experienced in sales, with a strong ability to close deals, as well as an understanding of modern marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenues across all Spiffy services (detailing, PPF, tint, ceramic coating, wraps, etc.) Actively prospect, follow up with leads, and close new business deals Manage partnerships with dealerships, fleet managers, and local businesses Collaborate with management to design sales promotions and packages Create engaging content and campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to drive traffic and conversions Track KPIs and provide regular sales reports to leadership Represent Spiffy Auto Detailing professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in sales (automotive industry preferred) Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Marketing/social media experience (TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven Passion for cars and automotive customization (an asset) Valid driver's license (preferred)
