Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales & Marketing Associate
to drive business development, leasing, and client engagement across our construction and development portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate sales/marketing and either hold a
realtor's license
or be willing to obtain one. This role is critical in connecting clients with our projects, managing listings, and supporting brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and leasing efforts for commercial construction and development projects.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, and investors.
Create and manage listings for industrial/commercial bays, land developments, and mixed-use projects.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and industry networks.
Collaborate with internal teams to align project offerings with client and market needs.
Organize tours, client meetings, and presentations for available properties and developments.
Support proposal writing, marketing packages, and promotional material development.
Qualifications
Experience in sales and marketing within commercial construction, development, or real estate.
Realtor's license preferred
(or willingness to obtain within a set timeline).
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and real estate listing platforms.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
